Secure Voice for Series 60

Secure Voice for Series 60 is the encryption software for your mobile calls with Symbian smartphone. It encrypts your conversation on the fly, securing your sensitive information from eavesdropping and overhearing and grants you best audio quality.

Secure Voice software predecessor was developed about three years ago as a half-duplex solution. All these years it was widely used in Israel and South America countries, and even got a security certificate of Israeli Ministry of Defence after extensive security tests.

Now Secure Voice solution is a full duplex solution, which makes it more comfortable in use. Also, the security algorithms have been enhanced and made even stronger as before. Now we use 1024 Bit RSA together with 4096 Diffie Hellmann encryption and ARC4 or AES 256 algorithms in order to provide the highest security.

Why is it secure to use Secure Voice

Secure Voice conversation is performed using encryption keys which are randomly generated and unique. Two mobiles exchange the keys and validate them, and only after that the voice encryption itself is possible. More than that: the exchanged keys are changing instantly, which allows decrypting the conversation only with the target mobile, but with no other device.

So there are two layers of protection:

Unique keys exchange (keys are generated using a non-reversable mathematic function and encrypted with RSA or Diffie-Hellmann+RSA encryption algorithm)
Conversation encryption (physically possible only after the level one with key validation was passed successfully). Voice encryption is made using modified ARC4 or AES 256 algorithm with changeable keys encrypted with RSA or D-H.

How Secure Voice Works

It is very easy to use Secure Voice. It has intuitive interface that allows you to make calls to manually dialled numbers or to the numbers from your address book - just as you are calling every day. The application can be started using one button of your Series 60 smartphone.

The application is auto started and listens to all incoming calls. If the encrypted call arrives, the application starts working.
